Back in high school I used to do yoga everyday on a strict schedule – it made me feel marvelous and I looked forward to every night! I recently started up again (after many years break lol!) and have to say — I’m sorry I ever stopped!
So here’s what I’m getting at – lately I’ve been stuck on the verge of orgasm for days…over and over and over. It just doesn’t go away! Which is ok by me, of course! 😉 No complaints here! I was speculating that starting up my yoga regime again was perhaps part of it. Then today I came across this article by William J. Broad published just eight days ago – how timely!

I encourage you to read over the article when you have time! It can basically be summed up as, “Yoga can excite you into craving a ginormous amount of sex and also into getting yourself off”. Those are my words. The article is a little more scientific, which my science-oriented mind appreciates:
“…sharp rises in testosterone…can fan the sexual flames. Pelvic regions can feel more sensitive and orgasms more intense.”
And there it is!!
Exactly what I had suspected. 😉
So, my question for tonight is… have you ever experienced this? Or anything else similar? What are your thoughts?
